About GauVendi Platform
The GauVendi Platform is an AI-powered desktop admin site for hoteliers and front-desk staff. It enables highly differentiated sales, individualized distribution, and innovative automation, resulting in over 20% higher revenues, 70% automation of manual reservation processes, and improved guest ratings.
Each feature (>15 tabs on the side menu and thousands of screens) has its own timeline to identify problems with clients (Mr. Mueller, Mrs. Carina), conduct research, brainstorm solutions, discuss with the PO/PM team, and clarify with the client.

Call-Pro Plus (aka CPP) is a product of the GauVendi Platform. CPP aims to assist front desk staff, who act as travel agents, in efficiently and accurately supporting guests with their room bookings. With the integration of AI, front desk personnel can access information and insights about guests who call in, provided they have stayed at the hotel at least once before. This enables them (front-desk) to offer personalized deals, making guests feel valued and ultimately building trust in the hotel's services.
